Dammit you guys :/ You should have warned me that restoring firmware can brick my mobile! I have no idea what to do now, it turns on, blinks and turns off immediately. I have tried removing the battery, upgrading again as written in my VIEWSONIC VS10057 Service manual, restoring factory settings. Mobile seems quite messed up now. For those unfamiliar with my case let me remember you what actions I have made so far. It all started when I tried to upgrade firmware using service packages (procedure from my EPSON Service manual, so: removing battery, connecting,loading Phoenix (from PhoenixSlayer), checking NO CONNECTION, then flashing prommer, selecting software. In the middle of flashing procedure – bam – cellphone restarts and turns off immediately. I then tried to proceed with flashing as described in service manual – I turned off the phone again, disconnected battery, and upgraded in N/C mode this time with Refubrish rather than Restore User Product… it seemed as it was kind of working – the mobile booted up nicely… but it took about a minute before it turned off again in the same way. Tried few more times – no luck so far. I am really pissed right now – I have followed Service Manual word-by-word and I was sure it won’t let me brick my device… what should I do? Inb4: “read service manual”, “you’re an idiot”, ‘RTFM”. I REALLY TRIED.
